Charmie Mendoza: operations, cybersecurity and practical systems

I’m Charmie Mendoza, a U.S. Navy logistics professional and the founder of Quantahalo. My work has taught me that a useful system needs clear ownership, reliable information and a process people can actually follow.

My operational background

I bring more than 13 years of logistics and supply experience. I led a 10-person supply team supporting more than 300 personnel and managed inventory, purchasing, budgeting, training and operational readiness. That experience helps me turn complex operations into repeatable steps with clear responsibilities.

Education that informs my work

I earned a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and an M.S. in Cybersecurity from National University, graduating with honors. My cybersecurity education informs risk-aware decisions about accounts, data and workflows. My workforce education background informs how I write instructions and support adoption.

My founder approach

I start with one problem, record a baseline, make a focused change and review comparable results. I favor practical tools and clear processes over complexity. Results depend on the situation and implementation; I do not promise guaranteed financial or business outcomes.

The founder and the business

Charmie Mendoza is my founder personal brand. Quantahalo is the business and product brand I founded. Through Quantahalo, I develop self-guided business decision tools, workflow resources and a device-local app preview. Custom services are separate from these self-guided products.

Personal business work is independent and does not imply U.S. Navy or Department of Defense endorsement.
